Sometimes when planning your wedding day, the idea of reception tables gets overlooks. A great reason to hire a stylist or wedding planner!

My brides spend so much time reviewing their decorations, centerpieces, and napkins but have trouble choosing the perfect table setups. You'll want to select a table that suits your wedding style, vibe, and overall decor. When choosing the layout, take into consideration who is seated where and what your venue is capable of accommodating.
You may think..."Kathryn, what options do I have other than Rounds and Rectangles?" Well, you can do a lot of tables!
KINGS TABLES
Rectangle Tables for the couple and wedding party sit on one side and face the guests. You will see this setup commonly used at everyday weddings.
SWEETHEART TABLES
Round table or Square table for just the couple. This is a GREAT way to spend some time with your significant other during dinner.
SERPENTINE TABLES
Semi circle tables can be used as a half-circle or full circle. This is a unique set up but commonly used in difficult venues.

HARVEST TABLES
Rectangle tables usually narrow in size and length to fit a large number of people. This setup is a smart choice in fitting more people into your venue space and allows a social atmosphere for your guests.
U-SHAPE TABLES
Rectangle tables, one being the central table and two other tables placed perpendicular and running parallel. Play around with this and add a third table running parallel to accommodate more people!
SQUARE TABLES
Square tables are typically used for smaller groups that seat up to 8 people. This set up can accommodate a family-style dinner well due to the amount of table space.
MIX AND MATCH
You do you boo! Seriously, consider mix and matching the table setups and have some fun with it, it's your wedding day!
